Working with 13SICK

13SICK National Home Doctor is Australia’s largest Medicare bulk billed after-hours service. They provide bulk billed telehealth consults and home visits all across Australia. The 13SICK app was introduced recently to allow patients to book these consults through any device and provide a seamless way to access after-hours care.

Our developers at Tofi have worked alongside the internal 13SICK development team to maintain existing features and build new features and updates. To facilitate servicing more customers, we have worked to expand integrations with Zoom, Stripe and GPT4.

Key integrations

Zoom integration to create a robust video call system that allows doctors to call the patients and see them directly to better diagnose ailments.
Through integrating with Stripe we have been able to service customers who aren't eligible for medicare benefits. By giving users the option of paying privately, 13SICK opened the service to more customers who'd otherwise miss out.
Integrating GPT4 to provide message suggestions for doctors when they’re using the chat feature during consults.
