We helped Australian jewellery brand By Charlotte update their website and reflect their growing business, particularly for online purchases.
The Project
As By Charlotte is a company with an established look and feel and customer base, we worked with their existing brand colours and look and feel to revamp their online store and provide a pleasant shopping and browsing experience that reflects how the brand has grown and its current status in the Australian jewellery world.
Purchases from mobile devices was something that the By Charlotte team had seen especially grow in recent years and our website redesign made sure that no functionality was lost between desktop and mobile browsing.
We incorporated new ways for users to be more involved with their online shopping experience that could truly feel like they were browsing for example with the stones and symbols page or the labeled showcase items on the home page.
