We worked with leading streetwear retailer Culture Kings over an extended period of time as developers and later, took on a tech lead role, leading devs from both our own team and their internal team.

Tech Consulting

As tech consultants and in a tech lead role we were responsible for:

Utilising agile methodologies for sprint and task management
Cross department interactions, bug resolution, requirement gathering, expectation management and solution planning
Managing teams of developers and testers remotely.

Development

Our development team was able to enhance and maintain Culture Kings’ internal systems while creating new integrations. Our developers:

Coordinated the transfer of product and sales data between a large multi-program tech stack
Were in charge of managing and upgrading the Culture Kings database.

Large Projects

Upgrade and migration from older systems. This allowed for newer features to be implemented and to create a stronger base for Culture Kings tech stack.

Large Scale database upgrade. A complex and risky upgrade across multiple versions permitted Culture Kings to stay secure and current with their technologies. Our development team performed extensive risk management and planning to pull this off.

Managing multiple internal and external integrations. A complex tech stack like the one at Culture Kings often required new systems to be added or manipulated to add new functionality. Our team was essential for incorporating new systems.
